| Shipping Charges and Returns


SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES

A minimum of $12 is added to all mail orders. This amount can be modified to take into account the weight of the item. All postal charges are paid by the client.

We would like to remind you that you can pick up your order in person at our Head Office located at the MAB site, 7000 Sherbrooke West or at one of the establishment's satellite offices once your payment is received in full. In this case, no shipping and handling charges will be added.

REPAIRS

We ask that you not send us your aids for repair. You are responsible for sending them directly to the supplier. Whenever possible, we will refer you to suppliers who can effect repairs once the warranty period has expired.

Shipping charges for items sent to the Boutique and for items returned to clients are paid by the latter.

RETURN OF ITEMS

For hygiene reasons, items that come into direct contact with the body (e.g. thermometers, glucometers, blood pressure moniters, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged. The sale of these items is final. For more information, please consult the staff at the Boutique.

The MAB-Mackay Rehabilitation Centre accepts items for return or refund within the thirty (30) days following the date indicated on your receipt. Shipping costs are paid by clients.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

You must include your invoice or receipt when returning an item.

We ask that you keep on hand your invoice or receipt during the warranty period, if applicable.

ORIGINAL PACKAGING

All items must be returned with their parts and accessories (instruction manuals, manufacturer's warranty, etc.) in the original packaging.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We accept the return of defective items within the thirty (30) days following the date indicated on your receipt or invoice.

Please note that batteries for certain items, like talking watches, are already installed at time of shipping. The batteries are guaranteed during the 30 days following the date indicated on your receipt or invoice.

DAMAGED PACKAGING

Should you receive a package in very poor condition, we advise you to refuse its receipt. Should you decide to accept it, please indicate on the shipping invoice that it was received in very poor condition.

REASONS FOR RETURN

All items must be returned in person.

We ask that you indicate the reasons for returning the item. This information will help us improve our customer service.

Upon receipt and checking of returned item, you will be issued a refund.
