The Deaf Adult Workshop Series (DAWS) invites you to

REGISTRATION INFORMATION 2019

Registration is on a first-come – first-served basis

Level 101 and 103 on tuesdays are now complete


Note that if space permits, we accept registration after the specified dates.

To ensure your place:
Submit your completed registration form and payment (cheque or money order)
no later than March 26, 2019.

**If you do NOT submit your payment with the registration form, your place will NOT be reserved**

Course Schedule:
Spring session: Classes begin March 31 2019 and end June 2nd, 2019.
• Evenings from 5:30 to 8:30
• Three (3) hours/week for (10) weeks

8–14 Participants (must be 16 years of age or older).
If you have some ASL experience, an ASL assessment can be provided before the first week of classes. Contact Patty Viens prior to start of course.

Duration / Cost:
30 hours (3 hours/10 weeks) / Each Course Session: $150 / Book and DVD: $95

Guest Speakers: STM manager of accessibility Olivier De Busschère along with Guillaume d’Amour who was recently employed as an accessibility specialist. The purpose is to train users of Transport Adapté to the simplest and most secure way to book transport on the STM’s SIRTA web site both on computer using speech and iPhone using Voice Over.
